Testimonials
Here are some testimonials from recent Inspirational Journeys participants . . .
I came to Inspirational Journeys hoping for a fresh perspective on the past, insight on my part in it and a new direction for the future. Through facilitated contemplation of myth, poetry, ritual and nature, I left with all these things and more. The extraordinary vistas of Sedona open your heart to the beauty of the natural world. The Sedona Rouge was a wonderful home away from home. I would recommend Inspirational Journeys to anyone seeking to reflect, replenish and refocus on a more positive and intentional future.

I participated in Inspirational Journeys to learn things that could aid me on my path of personal and emotional growth, to better connect with my true self, and to have new experiences in a beautiful location. The trip was highly successful on all points. Dr. Nixon and Dr. White organized the program with great care and skill. They developed a method of instruction and a social environment that facilitated my addressing the barriers that have been in my way and helped me see how to better move towards my goals … and I even had a great time in the process. I believe that what I learned about myself on Inspirational Journeys may aid me for the rest of my life. I highly recommend this program to anyone working towards personal growth and healing.

Our “Inspirational Journey” to Sedona was so much more than I expected. What drew me to the trip was the idea of reconnecting with others and others while enjoying nature. I wanted a “conscious” vacation. What I experienced was an amazing opportunity to learn, challenge myself, enjoy the company of others, and experience the beauty of Sedona. The group leaders were themselves “inspirational” and I enjoyed all of the teachings, gatherings, and guidance they provided. I returned home relaxed, happy, and ready to move to the next level in my own journey.

The name “Inspirational Journeys” is exactly what this trip was. I spent five days with strangers – we were from all walks of life and we had all signed up for Inspirational Journeys in search of something. We hiked, meditated, observed our surroundings, and absorbed the teachings of Dr. Nixon and Dr. White. We listened, laughed, shared thoughts and ate together. We built “community” each day.
By the end of the week, I realized that my connecting to nature through the empirical facilitation of my guides, coupled with the experiential connection to other soul searching individuals, were catalysts in the process of self-discovery. I arrived in Sedona, stressed, fraught and impatient. After five days on an Inspirational Journey, I returned home invigorated, calm, and enlightened.
