We have added to our program offerings and now have Weekend Lifestyle Wellness Workshop Journeys. These journeys will be held in either Virginia or the San Francisco Bay Area. Visit our Wellness Programs  page for more information.

We also offer Wellness Presentations to provide opportunities for you, your organization, group, or business to receive wellness education. We offer a variety of presentations on an array of wellness topics.

In 2011,

Inspirational Journeys, LLC, won 3rd place in the Small Business Development’s Center Annual Award Contest for the Best Business Plan for a New Business in Loudoun County (11/9/11)!  We are thrilled!  The judges gave us many words of affirmation, encouragement and support to move full throttle ahead in further expanding and developing our business! Articles on the business contest & winners are written in Loudoun Business,11/15 & Loudoun Times Mirror, 11/16.

Suzanne spoke at the First Alumni Conference for Integrative Health Coaches sponsored by Duke University’s Integrative Medicine Center on Saturday, November 19th, 2011.   She spoke on the topic: The Embodied Coach.  Soon to be posted, a you tube video of Suzanne being interviewed by the the Professional Training Staff at the Integrative Medicine Center. Greg and Suzanne presented a paper on the research evidence on which we have based much of Inspirational Journeys at the prestigious American Psychological Association Convention, August 6, 2011.  This year the convention devoted an entire section of papers/presentations to the topic of health & wellness.
